The only good thing about State farm is some of the employees. Other than that, State farm has become a horrible price. Gouging company to raise people's insurance who have not been in car accident is ridiculous. Most importantly, the only excuse they have to raise people's insurance is because of uninsured motorist which is hilarious to me considering that's the whole purpose of having full coverage in case I encountered that, but the price still keeps going up within the last year and a half. My car insurance has one up almost $187 without any car accidents. I've been with this company for a very long time way over 10 years. Other companies reward you for that length of time but not this one. Just to imagine that your car insurance is way over $300 is paying another car note. Out of all excuses that State farm and all these other companies have at the end of the day is price gouge and I believe I need to take my business elsewhere because I should not have to worry about having car insurance. That's almost more than my car note and when I looked in and see what they paid salaries for their little corporate offices really makes me realize a price gouging and they should be ashamed of themselves. Yes, insurance have gone up everywhere but there's one thing to go up because it's necessary and there's something else to go up because you see the world being greedy and you decide to join in at the end of the day. They do not pay people for "purposeful accidents". Even if the police report says THEIR clients are at fault. The police report also didn't say if their client hit me on purpose or not. Anyways. They sent me a letter from when I applied with them a little while after declining my claim letting me know that they lowered my quote from when I applied with them when I first got bought my vehicle. That's completely disrespectful and NO. I will not be using yall. EVER. If someone is paying you to fix the damages to their car or someone else's. I'd expect yall to take care of them.
