Beauty by Nature Hair Studio — Local services in Richmond

I was referred to Beauty by Nature Hair Studio by a friend. Based on the pictures and reviews I made my decision to book an appointment. I want to share my positive experience with someone looking to start or continue their hair journey. The boutique spa vibe will have you sleep under the dryer lol. The salon is well maintained and in a safe location. All of the stylists are genuinely friendly and professional. There’s always soft (non-offensive) music playing in the background. The entire staff works collectively to create the best experience possible for their clients. Complimentary snacks and beverages just adds to the amazing attention to detail and care of their clients.

Wyvonne is amazing!!! She is very attentive and has great communication skills. I value her judgment and respect her craft. I always leave her chair with an hairstyle that exceeds my expectations. Beauty By Nature is by far the best salon experience I’ve ever had.

Sumatra kindly agreed to style my hair while Wyvonne was scheduled to be out of town. Sumatra is an awesome stylist. I left her chair more than satisfied and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her if Wyvonne is on vacation.

I've been to a lot of hair salons in my life, but I have to say that Beauty by Nature is the best salon experience that I've had to date.  From the location and beautiful decor to the customer service and the camaraderie between staff and clients, everything is A-1. I've been to this salon twice so far: the first was with stylist, Curley for a trim and flatiron.  From the initial consultation to the styling, Curley made me feel comfortable and restored my faith in salons again after avoiding them for 10 years.

Today's visit was with Tina for a crochet install. I was nervous because I booked an appointment without knowing her or her work, but not only did Tina she give me the exact look that I wanted, she had me in an out of the salon in less than 2 hours. If you are looking for quality hair braids she gave me the exact look that I wanted. weaves, Tina is the stylist that you need.

Someone recommended this place and I go to Wvonne. She is great! Not only is she a stylist there also does beautiful events there. I have been to other hair salons but whatever color they use it last the whole 5 weeks. Everyone there is nice! A lot of other great stylist there also. Definitely worth it. I love the dryers! You kick your feet up while you getting your hair dried. I love the shampoo bowls. They are so comfortable. You can also kick your feet up when they are shampooing your hair.
