I also often buy one special ornament there each year for myself and I love the exquisite and varied selection. Absolutely horrible customer service. Contacted them because an ornament I purchased as a gift arrived broken. They showed absolutely no empathy and after replying to my initial inquiry about available replacement options with “send photos” then basically replied to the photos by implying that it wouldn't have been possible for the ornament to break in transit and that the ornament is “retired and out of stock”.
