Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Richmond

I was happy with Pizza Hut, although when I tried to place my order on the app,it wouldn't let me on. I thought I had to change my password, but I never received an email to do so. I went to the website, and it said access denied. I tried to send an email, but it wouldn't take my email. I had to phone in my order, and I was very happy with the lady in on the phone, and the delivery driver. The food tasted good and was hot. I ordered a Supreme Personal Pan Pizza, Honey BBQ Wings, and Diet Pepsi. hope I was not hacked. I hope someone can figure out what is wrong how to get the app to work again. UPDATE:. July 29, 2022-I had not ordered Pizza Hut for a while, so I decided to order lunch on the app. I recently received an alert on my phone about their new pastas. I looked at them all, and decided to order the Cheesy Alfredo Pasta. I also redeemed points for free Boneless Honey BBQ Wings. I tried to redeem points before, but I had trouble. This time, there was no problem. I added bread sticks for an extra dollar and got a Diet Pepsi and Garlic Sauce. It was a great lunch. I do hope to try the other pastas. UPDATE:. March 8, 2023-I ordered a Super Supreme Personal Pan Pizza, Cheesy Alfredo Pasta, Diet Pepsi. They sent bread sticks, which I didn't order. I thought the pasta was delicious and better than the pizza. It was hot and had more of the cheesiness and stringiness that the pizza should have had. UPDATE: July 20, 2023-I ordered a Personal Pan Pizza with Creamy Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Cheese, Onions, and Beef, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Diet Pepsi, and Bread sticks. I wanted to try their new Cheesy Cheese steak Pizza, but it was not available in Personal Pan. They used to have specialty pizzas available in Personal Pan. I just created my own, but unfortunately, they didn't have Grilled Sirloin Steak available in toppings, so I substituted beef. They either need to have that available in toppings , or have that pizza available in Personal Pan. It was still a delicious meal. UPDATE: January 16, 2024-I ordered in the evening, but wasn't sure if they had Personal Pan Pizzas available in the evening, so I called and asked and was told yes. So I ordered a Cheese Personal Pan Pizza, 6 Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ. It was delicious, well worth it for a light meal. UPDATE: March 6, 2024-I ordered a Cheese Personal Pan Pizza, 8 pc Traditional Honey BBQ Wings, and Diet Pepsi. What was great was that the wings were free, since I redeemed points. I also ordered Chocolate Donut Bites. Those were so delicious that I made them last for several days. UPDATE: May 25, 2024-I needed a quick meal and didn't have much time to go out and pick it up, so I ordered Pizza Hut and had it delivered to me. I ordered the My Hut Box combo with a Personal Pan Pizza and Honey BBQ boneless wings, Diet Pepsi, and the Chocolate Donut Bites. The meal was delicious, although my drink was warm, and I would have preferred receiving a cold drink. The wings looked like Chicken McNuggets with Honey BBQ sauce drizzled over them. It was still good. UPDATE: January 11, 2025-It has been a while, since I ordered from Pizza Hut, so I decided on it for this evening. When trying to decide on what to get, I found they changed the app. What was shocking was all the points I previously earned were gone. Why? I settled on a Backyard Chicken BBQ Personal Pan Pizza, Traditional Wings with Honey BBQ sauce, and a Diet Pepsi. What was even more shocking was the wings cost more than the pizza. The wings were $11.25! The pizza was $6.89! This was a very expensive meal for one person. It was still good, but I wish it were cheaper. UPDATE: March 8, 2025- I tried the Veggie Lovers Personal Pan Pizza, Chicken Parmesan Melt, and a Diet Pepsi. The Chicken Parmesan Melt is like a sandwich, and it was delicious. I can talk all day long about this Yum Brand but I won't. I mostly use the mobile app and I have to say the food is hot it's fresh and taste delicious now that they have started using doordash the temperature of the food sometimes isn't the best and the speed of the service I was getting prior to using doordash was on point. But I know if there is ever an issue I know I can call the store and they're always good about taking care of the customer and making things right. About a little over a months ago I was having some product delivered to me and I actually caught the door Dasher lie about him getting lost because he came in a total different way and my product was cold I then called the store and they made it right. They are the definition of quality product & outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work

Avaerage location and atmosphere... kinda dull.. decent service.. below average pizza.. didnt expect the pizzas to be this sloppy.. pizza hut as a franchise in general have started becoming more and more in consistent at every location some are gr8 and some are just average but this time it was very sloppy.. generally speaking.. I am a pizza loving guy and it would take quite a few things for me to not like a pizza.. so yea.. but saying that.. I have only tried it once at this location and may be it was just a bad day or time of the day for them.. so would not say that i dont recommend but .. just some where I may not go again personally as there are other consistent franchised pizza options around.. but if one is a pizza hut pizza lover .. then this is the only one for considerable...
