I have never had such a hard time trying to pay a company money!! The Pete store now wants you to fill out a paper that they can keep with all my card information on it! Um NO THANK you! Who would do that! My husband dropped his truck off for repairs on f Monday , called the following Wednesday to see how it was going… the service department didn’t even know it was there! So no I do not have faith in the office. I tried to write a check but it kept getting declined ( by the check service they use) so I called my bank and the check service ( we are now all on three way)all while sitting in the lobby. My bank verified I had the funds to write the check and the check service still declined my check. Unbelievable! The manager was absolutely no help at all! So I have jumped threw hoops trying to pay my bill! Over an hour later…the young man at the counter finally calls accounting and they allow me to use my card without filling out the paper giving them all the information for anyone to use and still my money.over an hour in the office trying to give them several thousands of dollars!! You just can make this stuff up!! Do better ! Yes my husband is the truck owner but I am his wife( accountant) and encourage you all to say No to filling out such paperwork! Went thru the body shop to get my windshield replaced, I'm in a T680 but luckily the 579 uses the same one, didn't see the invoice but my maintenance guy said it was way less expensive than anywhere in the area. The only thing I can say remotely negative is the property won't accommodate a dropped trailer very well but they do have room for a couple outside the gate beside the road, there's a Circle K next exit south that will let you drop it there in the back 40 & it never really seemed to fill up. I couldn't get in with enough time to get me but said that if I got there when the body shop opens at 7am they'd get right on me, got there at 7:15 & they had the bay waiting on me "so nice to come across ppl that actually do what they say they'll do". Was rolling at 12:15, can't beat 5 hrs in and out, had my dash cam/easy pass & horizon scout mounted perfectly, all the way back to Louisville was in pretty good rain with no evidence of any leaks. Everyone there was super nice and very professional & if you're there in the shop at lunch time they buy you lunch "it's from a real restaurant that had a very nice selection", I opted not to have lunch as I really needed to be rolling. Place was very clean although the drivers lounge was a little small but not bad & the seats were very comfortable and not broke down. Most every other dealership needs to come take...

I went to the shop because of multiple minor issues (no radio, intermittent false low DEF level, water in fuel) and the main concern which were my " wait to start" light would come on while driving and causing instant loss of accelerating power while the light was on. After receiving the quote, I decided to only repair the loss of accelerating power and wait to start light because they caused some operational issues which were unsafe. For some reason, the initial repair focused on the "water in fuel" light which didn't solve the original issue of loss of acceleration power. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the Service Manager, He decided to make me whole and did the rework free of charge. The work was successfully completed in a short time.
