Bojangles — Restaurant in Georgia

I go to this location daily mostly for breakfast, I get a large tea everyday. I decided to get supper there tonight and I ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. There was a young lady taking order with a unique voice, I don’t know if it was her normal voice but it sound like she was playing. That’s no big deal because I like this location and everyone that works there. My problem is every time I get a drink the lids want stay on as should and I end up spilling. My issue on this order, the fries were soaked in salt, the chicken was 3 very small pieces over cooked. The biggest flaw with the meal was the Rock of biscuit that was in my order. I like salt no doubt but this was redicilous almost like is someone was pranking me. I’ve bragged many times in the past claiming that bojangles has the best tea and there biscuits is number one of all restaurants. From now on I’ll stick with my tea. And BO rounds and I’ll get chicken at another location. There’s no doubt if any other customers purchased their food at 7.45 ish they experienced the same issue with the quality of food. If anything can yall start putting lids on cups that actually work. I hate to give a review as such to my favorite establishment but I’m aggravated that my dinner was trashed tonight and I’m having to do ramen and lost 9.00. I have a survey that they hand out but I’ll leave it alone and let this review stand...

As a truck driver we often don’t get the opportunity to eat at a bojangles due to logistics, so needless to say I had a delivery picking up from Shaw up the street found reasonable parking and attempted to go inside the restaurant at 6:30a since it states it opens at 5a door was locked. I said ok meaybe they open later went back at 7a as I see the drive through was actively moving, main door still close a gentleman at the drive through notice and advice the intercom attendant hey there’s a gentleman trying to place an order his a driver she said she knew and he proceeded with his order, once again I attempted to go inside they never acknowledged me although they seen me and were aware. That’s not ok I did walk up to the intercom and place my order after standing there for a few minutes once I got to the window I was taken away because they have a camera so they noticed I was at the drive through and clearly were just ignoring me if it wasn’t because I had my wife in the truck with me I wouldn’t have order then the window attendant had the nerves to have an attitude and roll her eyes not the best customer service..shame on them very unsatisfied with...

This Bojangles was so clean I thought it was just built! I was shocked to learn it had actually been open for 2 years. It still smells like fresh paint in there!

Staff were friendly and efficient, our meal was delicious and they got everything right. If you're looking for food at this exit, you can't go wrong at this Bojangles!

We tried the new chicken sandwich by the way. It was good, a little spicy but not too much... If you look at it, the meat has a little bit of an orange tint, so I think there's a bit of a buffalo sauce in the breading! It's not like Popeyes where the spice is just the sauce that's put on it, the breading and meat itself actually have the spiciness fried in.

I tried their Bo-berry biscuit which was a sweet blueberry treat and awesome dessert.
