How sad! I used to love this store. The new store is big and beautiful and teaming with possible COVID-19 issues.

On my visit today, I noticed two individuals chatting by the produce section. The older man was wearing a mask but it was hanging off of his ear with his face fully exposed. The younger woman chatting with him was wearing no mask at all.

I proceeded to the area where my supplements are located and noticed two more people in the aisle I needed to get to. Neither was wearing a mask. I retrieved what I needed and quickly left the area. On my way to another aisle, I spotted an employee and asked her if they do not have a mask requirement. She stated that they do and she quickly left the area.

A few moments later, I encountered the same employee and she informed me that she checked with the manager who stated the two individuals in the aisle had a medical condition preventing them from wearing masks and had paperwork to prove it. I then pointed to the older man and the younger woman in the produce department and said, "Is that also the case for them?" The employee shrugged her shoulders.

It's a shame that a place that touts health would completely ignore the state mandate, especially now that the cases of COVID-19 are increasing here. I guess money is first, then health. Shame on you,...

I really like this store's selection for the most part but I can't shop here anymore because it is so intensely fragranced. Management needs to understand that people who are shopping here are paying extra for their health and the scent bombing of the store completely derails this aim. People with chemical sensitivities and intolerances should not shop here, which is very sad, as a place like this especially should be accommodating to them. I wish management was better educated about the danger of fragrances, even so-called natural ones. No sane individual wants that clinging to their expensive, organic produce and believe me, it does cling to everything and everyone in the store. I have produce and other products I have had to return because the lingering scent on the items is so strong, and doesn't go away. Please reconsider your cleaning procedures to be fragrance free!! And please do your part to ensure staff are abiding by a fragrance free...

Natural Grocers, is a very unique store for many reasons. They have ample parking and you can see the store from the street which is Coors Ave. They have a ramp that serves those that are wheelchair bound and their disabled parking spots are right out front. The store itself is easy to manuver once inside and they have a grocery side and vitamin side. They have a extensive variety of vitamins and supplements. There produce is always fresh and one can find items here that aren't sold anywhere else but here. Their helpful staff are friendly and always ready to assist you with whatever you may need. If you wish, you can download their app, to save even more money. They will send you messages about their specials on items that are on sale for that week. Very nice place to shop for everyone's...
