This location will handle your service, but they are not a true Verizon store. And if they are not a true Verizon store then why can’t they implement certain policies. Also, Customer Service in this location is wanting. It’s hidden depending on who you have taking care of you.
And I swear their computers are always having issues. Grooming has gotten better as one of the technician’s breath smelled like feces and traveled when talking to you. It was hard to listen.
It is idiotic to me that if I come in with my phone, you identify my name and phone number and if I have a password on my account that if I forgot my wallet that I still have to show my ID. This is the reason passwords are on accounts To be able to account for certain situations.
Just because something may be mandatory still doesn’t mean it makes sense nor doesn’t mean it fits Every situation. This is the reason for management. When there is a problem and the easy answer is to say that something is mandatory, that’s an easy way out. Analyzing the situation to see what you can do should be an option and the job of management.
If I show you a password, why I asked for the ID. If I show you my ID then why ask for a password. If you send a link to my phone for access and I give you Permission and you asked for my passcode, then why require an ID Is there a passcode on the account. This just makes it difficult on customers, especially if they forgot their wallet.
And if this is the store that a customer frequency a lot, then I would expect that Management should be able to do something to help the customer out. Saying that something is mandatory is a easy and selfish way to get out of trying to take care of a customer.

Read moreI’m writing on Verizon in general. A company that takes in a billion every quarter should have customer service in country and down to an art. I had 440$ due me on a closed account opting for a prepaid one instead. The result of trying to get my refund was like having a part time job. I was lied to, switched around, given directions to the fastest way by going to an “ authorized “ dealer across town, getting trace numbers from my bank account which they didn’t want; had to figure out the latest new number to get to CS. They’re closed in India on Monday, had to tell the story over and over repeatedly. A company this huge doesn’t know the right hand from the left. I finally got one person who could help, it was like cracking the code to the Rosetta Stone, however, she told me I was getting the full amount returned by Aug 16. It came but only half! Back to the cycle of being passed off and making sure I had the right customer service number for that day! They change them constantly btw to discourage you. And never try the online robot. That’s infuriating. They refused to refund the remainder of 220$. Fed up with this run around and waste of my time I went to the attorney generals office with my complaint. Within a week I had the remaining amount due me back into my account. I got a personal call from a woman with Verizon who deals directly with complaints from AGs office. She was not the least bit interested in my story. I hate this company with a passion as I have read people shut out of far more money than what was due me. Read moreUpdate 5/26/2026: Again, outstanding service here. The store was exceptionally busy, yet three associates managed to take care of me with superb communication and understanding of my need. I had originally spoke to Dashaun who helped me and my partner with new phones. Great guy who knows his product. After several days passed I felt that the phone was not a good fit for my needs and I went in on that very busy day. Oni helped me in a quick session of going over what I could do to exchange phones. It meant getting the box and cord. When I returned, Oni was busy with an appointment so I met Kiana, a lovely lady from the Big Island. She knows her company’s policies and the product I purchased so well I knew I was in good hands. Overall, I have always been happy with the Verizon at 915 Pat D Arco Hwy. The three associates I mentioned are knowledgeable and easy to do business with. Highly recommend! Always great service here. Mark is fast, efficient, and listened to what we need in a phone. We were in there under an hour for a new phone, content transfer, accessories, as well as screen protector. We walked out the door with the phone ready to use. Mark also gave us prices up front so we could get the best deal. We've shopped this store many times and always leave satisfied. We're 20 years with Verizon service and this store's staff makes Verizon's products locally...
