I am disabled in a wheelchair and been going to verdes for a very long time. I have to say they have best products around. I am disappointed now that it's legal can't get curbside. I had to have my friend come help me because I can't get chair down by myself. I really hate that because I don't always have help. At least before I could call ahead and not worry about it. I'm surprised that I have to go inside. it just makes so much ore difficult for me and I'm sure I'm not the only one in same position as me. please reconsider this because it's my medicine I need it and now it's in jeapody for me. I can't always get ppl to help. I don't like being dependent on others. my friend came all the way to Rio Rancho to help from South Valley! it really put her out because she wasn't feeling well. I don't like that I have to depend on others for something that worked great before it became legal. I'm so discouraged and disappointed now! please reconsider that for mobile impaired ppl this is more difficult and not helpful. please let us be able to to curbside even on specific days if needed. Please take disabled ppl into consideration. I really want to continue with this store but it's harder now for me. I already have enough difficulty as it is but when you can't get the medicine you need it's pretty scary. it's the only thing that helps my chronic pain and illness. Please help us disabled ppl. This whole staff is kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable bout all things herbal medicine!! They offer a points system that gets U money off a future purchase, sorta Like a frequent shoppers card, we just don't have the choice of pumping gas or shopping! They have recently adjusted their operating hours so they are open 2 more hours now to accommodate late workers or full-time day workers! The whole staff is super fun and very interactive. If U need to see something in a display case they open it immediately and show U the item in question! Have alwayz had a gr8 experience when goin here! Most all the tenders know me by name, if not they still say, "oh hey, welcome back!!" Cash is alwayz accepted as well as debit cards, sometimes their card reader is having a personal day and doesn't work..... everyone is alwayz all smiles n upbeat energy. Helps to fix ur funk if ur currently in one when U go to pick up an online order, or just place one in person, they even offer curbside pickup as well. If I've ever had a non working pen or cart, they've alwayz replaced it with ones that do work. If ur new in town, or just visiting, I Highly Recommend n strongly suggest U stop by n shop these great n awesome tenders of Verdes Rio Rancho!!! The prices are also so fair n low, I forget it's medicine...
