I already reviewed this location, but I'm revising my review based on my most recent experience. I already disliked the 528 location because they take forever to get my food out to me. This is my experience every single time. Even when it's not busy. They make me pay for my food and then have me sitting there for 5 or even 10 minutes before they give me my food. Even though I dislike this location, I do occasionally go here because it's convenient as it's on my way back from school (because the worst thing that's happened is they take forever to get my food out to me). That is, before my most recent experience. After this experience, I am never coming here again. This was absolutely a deal breaker and I'd rather just drive 10 minutes to the next location.
The car in front of me seemed so odd. The people in that car sounded so drunk ordering (which is whatever because you can't control the customers, right...?) However, the workers seemed to know the people in that car and were chatting up a storm with them. Once I finally got up to order, I was told twice, "I will be with you in a minute." In between each time, I had to wait at least 5 minutes (probably more). The car behind me just HAD to add some stress to the situation by honking. Once the worker was finally ready to take my order, I couldn't even order because the car behind me started blaring the horn. Managed to get to the window and paid, the car behind me is still honking. They make me pay, and just like every other experience, have me wait so long to give me my order. The car behind me is still honking! I'm stressed and just want to leave. If I didn't already pay, I would have just left. Truthfully, I should have left after they made me wait forever to even take my order, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed under staffed. The person who made me pay closed the window and took another order. I expected to get my order after that, but nope. After that, the only two workers there ran out to the drunk car that was now parked at the front (don't know what they were doing, but they seemed to be just messing around, which is why I think they knew each other). I'm still sitting there waiting for my food (the car behind me finally calmed down and stopped honking, but I'm still stressed). FINALLY, the one woman who didn't even take my order noticed me still waiting for my food and ran back inside and gave me my food. This whole situation was so stressful. The guy that had me pay asked me if I was the one honking. I said no, but in my head thought "no, but I should have 🙄" seriously... As soon as I got my food, I drove so fast out of there. It was stressful having the crazy guy honking behind me, so bad to the point I couldn't even order. And the workers clearly don't care. "Was that you honking?" He asked... Maybe if you did your job and didn't chat with the customers outside in their car, people wouldn't be honking. Never putting myself in that situation again.
It's so hard not to pull a Karen and complain to the higher ups, lol. It's hard to describe exactly what I went through with this experience, but just know that it was extremely stressful and I just wish the workers actually cared just a little bit (because they do at the other locations...

We pulled into a stall and pressed the button. We waited for about 15 minutes and still nothing happened. It even said that the button had activated and someone would get to us soon. After the 15 minutes the "activated" prompt went away, so we pushed the red button again. Again, it said someone would get to us soon.
Meanwhile, people in the stall next to us arrived after us, ordered, and received their food. Waited for a few more minutes and then I went over to the stall the people had just gotten their food from and pushed the red button. A male answered, and I said the stall next to us was broken and we would like to order. He seemed puzzled because he said "huh?" and then ignored us. So I pushed the button again, and a female answered this time. We said we would like to order some food, to which she replied, "Didn't you just make an order?", to which we said the guy ignored us. She then took our full order. We waited another 30 minutes, and still NOTHING. They didn't reach out to us, no food came, nothing. We then pushed the button again but no one responded so we left. Who takes someone's order and then ignores them?
Such a waste of time. I will never return to this location, and the word is spreading.
And to the Owner that's been responding to all these negative reviews, stop wasting your time encouraging customers to "escalate their feedback." You have enough evidence to know something more needs to be done. Take it into your own hands and make a change at this location that's giving the whole franchise a bad name, and even worse, treating...

I'd ordered on mobile to get a Red Bull recharger and underneath the lid was a hair from one of the employees 🤢 I told the workers and they said they couldn't remake it because they were out of Red Bull and because I placed the order on the app, I'd have to contact corporate to get a refund. So I do. And corporate straight up ignores me and dodges me for a week until I finally just call this location & ask for a new drink since I can't get a refund. They agree & I go to order my drink & I add a ultimate meat and cheese burrito. I'm not exaggerating when I say they messed my order up 4 times. First, my recharger had no syrup (just sprite and Red Bull), then I discover my ultimate meat and cheese burrito has tomatoes & jalapenos (this meal doesn't come with that) so I return to ask them to remake it. They remake it and literally make the SAME burrito with the tomatoes and jalapenos! So finally, I just had enough and asked for a refund. Luckily, a different manager did give me a refund and actually made my burrito correctly this time (which I really did appreciate) but I just cannot stand this location anymore or it's terrible corporate who steals money from their customers, refuses to help with refunds and does nothing to fix their stores and instead only makes it harder by making EVERY SINGLE stall unavailable to use so your only choices is drive thru or ordering through the app. I'm so...
