On 2/4/2019, I was scheduled to have my items stored at the StorQuest on Frontage Road in Ripon, CA moved to my new home in New Braunfels, TX. The moving company ultimately did a `bait and switch´ and it resulted in my cancelling out their services.
In the midst of all my personal chaos while at my storage unit at StorQuest, your store Associate (Rosemary - Assistant Manager) made note of what was going on, used her resources and provided me with a phone number to an alternative moving company. Not only was I shocked by her efforts as I had absolutely NO idea that she'd noted what I was faced with but I was and AM GRATEFUL for her OUTSTANDING customer service, attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond the call of her duties to assist with something that had nothing to do with StorQuest - directly.
These days, it's EXTREMELY difficult to find people in the field of customer service who are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to assist a customer. Rosemary is representing the TRUE definition of what it means to have humaniatic skills and the ability to lend a helping hand to your fellow man. As I said to her directly, "SHE is the opitome of what I'd have on the front line of my own business!" She's kind, courteous, friendly, helpful and not afraid to do more than what her job responsibilities and duties may outline!
In conclusion, StorQuest most definitely has a true `GEM´ in Rosemary! I hope she is recognized and her talents are utilized to assist with the onboarding and training of future StorQuest new hires!

Read moreMy reservation was last minute and I was VERY stressed, as I had to move my entire home into a storage unit because the new house wasn't going to be ready in time. The customer service people on the phone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in figuring out what I needed, and making sure I got the Internet promotional rate. I was happy with that process (and it was nice for something to go right for a change, because up to this point, EVERYTHING that could go wrong with my move had gone wrong - TERRIBLY WRONG - EXCEPT for my storage unit rental experience. The phone reservation went well and I got a good deal, so I was happy. THEN, when I showed up to the facility to pay & get my unit, the Property Manager, Katie went above and beyond to help me through the process...TWO TIMES!...I had to rent a second, smaller unit later that day because I have WAY TOO MUCH STUFF! But I'm SO GLAD I went through StorQuest! The two units would have cost me a lot more elsewhere, and I wouldn't have had the pleasure of meeting and working with Katie. She was pleasant, helpful, and didn't get frustrated with me and my 1000 questions. I highly recommend this place...particularly the StorQuest on Frontage Rd. And I'd like to especially thank Katie for making a horrible, stressful day go a little...
Read moreOhmygosh!!!..so, i dont write reviews .. like ever..in fact im pretty sure that this is the first one..but by far, it was unexpected to have the Best experience in service and mannersby staff!. The front office was not only friendly, but very informative. But, I was Reallllly impresssed with the maintenance bellman..i didt even know storages had one..My door was stuck this particular day, I was running late and my door got stuck when it rolled up too fast. So I was yelling at it and myself. Well, he was over in the next row, heard me struggling and came running when he thought someone was in trouble. His concern was genuine that i was safe, and fixed the door within minutes. Also showed me how to prevent the door jam in the future without being condescending..I could tell he likes his job, and also takes pride in it..5 stars for Matt the bellman. And also the lovely ladies in the front. Great job, Ripon...
