I have never had a problem with anyone at this location before but tonight when I came in I was looking for a dewormer for my piglets. I asked the lady in the front for some help, which I was already weary about asking because of the conversation I had with her prior. I had asked Paula, the lady in the front of the store, about ivermectin for piglets. She then just nodded her head no and looked at me like I was stupid. Then I asked about Safe guard or any type of dewormer and she proceeded to tell me the location with her hands 5 times, acting like I was stupid and didn’t know what she was talking about. Which is where I had been at the whole time looking for it. On top of that when I had walked in the store I had asked Paula about replacing 2 chickens that had passed away which we had bought less than a week ago because my mom had called and confirmed that the store would replace them. She proceeded to tell me she had never heard of that and that they don’t replace chickens and on top of telling me that, she said the store hadn’t had chickens in a month. Which I found out from another worker who was amazing, Ashelyn, I think is her name that they had chickens that morning. Ashelyn then who took me to the location of the dewormer and helped me look for a solution. I have never been almost in tears because someone wasnt listening to what I said and making me feel like an idiot. Read moreAmazing customer service, the ladies were so polite. So attentive to my needs and questions. This location recently got a locker so now you can make online order and pick them in store or get curbside pick-up. I loved the fact that they provide face mask if you don't have one. The store offers so many things from apparel, gardening equipment, lights, mechanical chains, various animal foods, seeds, medicines. Country/Farm style decor and equipment. During my visit the store was clean and organized 👌. Eventually this store will have chicks and ducklings for sell. They also sell plants and trees, but currently they are Waiting for the winter frost to be over so it won't damage the plants. Their spring season is my favorite. They will have so many gardening ideas, plants and decor. This location has plenty of parking spaces and is...
Read moreWho limits the sales of Cornish Cross chicks (meat birds) to 3 chicks?! First off I called before a drove halfway across the state to buy chicks and was told they had the birds and had 26 left in stock. They failed to mention their store had a limit (no other Tractor Supply does this). Once I arrived I was told a different story by 3 different employees in this store as to why there was a limit of 3. Employee 1 said it was a city rule. Employee 2 said it was because people were hoarding chickens because of the pandemic. Employee 3 said I'll sell you as many as you want, the 3 chick limit only applies to egg layers. Such a waste of my time! Please train your employees! I will never return to this Tractor...
