Twisted Tulip Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Ripon

I don’t usually write a poor review, but gelt it was necessary. I called in to ask if the place carried a chocolate flavor (I live 20 minutes away). The lady who answered the phone replied with a yes. I mentioned I’ll be there shortly. 20 mins later I waked in, the place looked clean and organized & they carried two different flavors of chocolates and a mint flavor. I asked the young male youth if they had the small sampler cups. He said no they don’t offer them. I them mentioned perhaps a few plastic spoons? At this point I think whom I presume the mature in age lady who answered the phone pops her head out from the back to look and hear what’s going on. The youthful male again said no they don’t offer that either. I don’t know about you, but the place I’ve gone to in the past for ice team or frozen yogurt off a small sample so yuh can decide what you prefer. I then asked the youthful male so what do I do if I pour a cup of frozen yogurt and then pay for it and it’s not the taste I thought it would be or it’s dissatisfying? He said I don’t know. I said so I would keep something that I paid for and I didn’t like? He said I guess that’s the way they do things here. He is saying this while he’s swiping a seat near the front entrance window and dies t look at me. I’m the only one in the store and the lady who popped her head out doesn’t say anything and doesn’t offer a resolution. She’s now gone. I mentioned I wish I would have know this and that I also just called & drone 30 minutes to get here. Silence! I’m one who believes you should treat others as you want to be treated. I’m cool, calm and collective and it just seemed odd and weird that both the youthful make kept looking down, the matured in abed lady didn’t said or offer anything and of course the whole sample thing. I’m writing this in hope of the owners read this and it would cause change & awareness. I called back after I left to at least clarify something, but there was no answer and it said to leave a message for...

I don’t really have much of a sweet tooth and initially I thought this place was SOME yogurt and then ice cream. Boy was I wrong!!! I’ve now been to Twisted Tulip about 6 times in the last 2 weeks and felt I should leave a review. This place is a little gem hidden in the small town of Ripon, CA. This place has ALL of the feels of a small family owned business and it seems everyone who walks in the door gets that same treatment and feel. Justin and Kristina have done an amazing job at this place. You will meet one of the two when you walk in the door. They have a large selection of soft served frozen yogurt to choose from! I think about 10 flavors! (I LOVE the chocolate) Then you have an even larger selection of toppings (I choose cherries mainly)

I love the fact it’s either low fat or non fat. There is also a no sugar option as well.

I would not recommend this place ask these two ladies walking out after closing with my girlfriend next to me and my dog where Dutch Brothers is by them being rude and ignoring me I would definitely not recommend this place very rude customer service even after hours August 1st closing the two girls that close last night. 36 reveiw on Google maps. So you know its friends of the business given good reviews. And the closeer friends get a comment on a few. The iwner commented on 7 or 8 of the 36. These are facts count and look for your self.
