Burger King — Restaurant in Ripon

I never write reviews but this BK always does me dirty. I like going to this BK because it’s on my way home from work. But the last few times I’ve came it’s been between 6:20-6:45 AM and they always say “sorry we aren’t open” if that’s the case they should update their times on Google and Apple Maps to properly reflect the times they are open/serving food. I work for Sygma the company that delivers all their product, i know they are supposed to have someone cooking as soon as they get in because I’ve delivered to other BKs early morning around this time before, what are they doing inside the store at 5am-6am if they aren’t serving...

I went to Burger King to pick up dinner for me and my kids. It is the only place I can get fast food from as a vegetarian. I went through their drive-thru to order an impossible Whopper meal and my kids' meals. I didn't realize their hours closed at 10:00 so I was there at 9:32 and I did apologize to the workers for the late order however once I got home I realized that I was given a regular Whopper not an impossible Whopper. And now they're close this is not the first time I have had to go back and have them remake my burger and I'm just very disappointed that I spent $40 and now can't even eat but I bought....

The ordering process in the drive thru is impossible. Its an automated system that said “hello what would you like to order?” Then I went to say my order it said “please wait while I get you a team member” sat there for a minute, said hello a few times, nothing so I pulled around and had to go inside. I go inside to tell them my order, more computers. So i go to order on the screen and all the employees are just staring at me. No one greeted me, nothing. Whole process was a pain.
