Placed an order on the mobile app at 11:52 said it would be ready in 5 minutes. Two people ordered after us and got their food before us. At 12:07 we watched them finish making our food then move it from one counter to the drive through counter. It sat there for another 5 minutes before someone came out and asked if we were there for a mobile order. She said they were working on it then walked away.
