This place has been steadily declining for the past few years. They always screw up my simple order. Something is literally wrong on my order every time. It doesn’t matter who makes it including the manager. The employees take up all of the first parking spots with their personally owned vehicles (POV’s) instead of parking in the designated placarded spaces clearly labeled “employee parking only”. They finally got some newer order signs/menu boards, but they are never clean and look disgusting along with the general premises from the landscaping, parking lot, etc. Even the staff look grimy to say the least. I don’t like bringing up peoples personal appearances, but this is just an honest review. Just because you work at a fast food restaurant doesn’t mean you have to look like you’re wearing the menu. You can tell there’s no pride taken in the work they’re doing or the product they put out. The food is gross! Wilted lettuce at times, fries and tater tots are always cold or old. If they are hot, then it’s because they got dipped in the grease again. Drinks and milkshakes have sticky residues and finger prints on the outside of the cups. One of my favorites is when a few of the staff sit out in front at the tables where people eat and just smoke like chimneys by POV’s their cars. I’ve always liked sonic, but this location ruined it for me. I use to stop by here with my kids after I pick them up from school to get ice cream and milk shakes, but my kids hate going here because it’s terrible, so we bypass this place and go...
Read moreWent to this location on 10/30 today is 11/4 server there named Andrea was RUDE the place was so DIRTY and nasty I should have went with my FIRST thought and NOT purchased my food. As I rolled down the window to pay, the place WREAKED of Urine!!! As we sat waiting on our food, I noticed the Garbage cans so full that paper etc. was falling out of the cans THREE cans to be exact, while 2 were being emptied one was loaded with junk still and flies swarming. Got home and the food was JUST NASTY!!! I called spoke to Andrea who said sorry you can come back for an exchange, I mentioned to her the conditions and said I'd just like my money back she says this manager Won't do that, her name is Wendy and then she hangs UP on me!!! I immediately called their corporate office and stopped payment on my credit card still hoping Sonic will do the right thing. The manger Wendy calls me TODAY which is 11/4 stating I've been calling you but NEVER left a message. (In My opinion if you don't leave a message then how do I know you called) Anyway she states oh if I don't have the food back there isn't much I can do??? I SAID the same day the food was so HORRIBLE I can show you a receipt from another restaurant the same day that I went to after throwing the food away. Well, her comment was I don't know what i can do .... what would you like me to do, I said REFUND and I will NEVER come to your location again. Her reply again well, I don't know I can check what I can do? WHY ASK ME THEN? HORRIBLE DO NOT EAT AT THIS NASTY...

Placed first one and paid thru app. Placed 2nd order and just as I hit the pay button it went grey and on my screen it suddenly said "Closing @11:30pm Mobile orders until 10:30pm". Now mind u when I hot the pay button it was 10:29pm and nowhere had it said I couldn't pay for my mobile order after 10:30, so now I've got to go to the order kiosk/"stall" and place my order only I couldn't get my reward promo or my 1/2 price frozen limeade because those are ONLY thru the app. So, I place my order and wait. Now not only have I just spent way more for way less, but after it shows my "order is in the kitchen it says that "windi" is bringing my order out. Then the screen clears and my order is gone. I waited in the cold for about 10 minutes or so AFTER it said my order was ready and on its way out to me before she finally brought my food out. No explanation, no apology, no offer of any kind of consolation for my inconvenience or anything just gives me a funky look when I handed her a $20 and says with a sigh "oh I'll be right back with uer change"-only it took her another 5 minutes to get my change again with no apology or anything other than"have a good night" and walks away.
