I recently had the pleasure of stumbling upon Cakebox, and I must say that my experience left me absolutely thrilled! From their exquisite cakes and plethora of desserts, to Jenny's outstanding customer service, I can safely say Cakebox has truly mastered the art of cake making. Upon entering the shop, I was instantly aw-inspired of the heavenly aroma of freshly baked goods that enveloped the space. The cheerful colors and carefully arranged displays immediately caught my attention. The attention to detail in their cake decorations are truly remarkable-each one seemed to be a work of art!

Jenny was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when I inquired about a cake for an upcoming birthday party I had. She patiently answered all my inquiries regarding different ingredients combinations and flavor profiles and even offered me helpful suggestions based on the preferences I had in mind. Her passion to her craft was truly evident it is no wonder they have been in business for 10 years!

When I took the first bite of the cake, it was moist, rich and had the perfect amount of sweetness. The whipped cream provided a luscious contrast, while the fresh straweberries added a refreshing touch. It was very delicious!

Finally, their pricing was fair and reasonable considering the exceptional quality and attention to detail presented in each cake For the level of craftsmanship and eloquent detail I would willingly pay a premium.

Best supply around! For such a tiny place, it's amazing how much they carry! Sprinkles, sugars, and chocolate in just about any color. Good selection of gel colors & flavor oils too. Somewhat limited on the chocolate/candy colors BUT they have the supplies so you can mix & use the gels with those.

And soooo many cookie cutters! Small, medium, and large, and some of the most unique ones I've seen!

Not to mention everything is so reasonably priced! Bought things cheaper here than at the bigger craft stores... ahem Michael... coughJoann...

The two gals who work here are unbelievably friendly and helpful! They always have answers to my baking questions (I'm a novice at baking sweet treats that aren't from a box). They help brainstorm for ideas and can order something if it's not available at the store... If you see it somewhere else, ask if they can order it for you! Support local businesses! I had my wedding cake made here. The cake was overly boring, flat and lacking in flavour as well as texture. It was very rich and sickly sweet. The hazelnut buttercream had no kick to it. It was just buttercream with hazelnut flavouring, I would suggest adding Nutella to the buttercream and a teaspoon of Frangelico Liquor. The dark chocolate ganache should have been bittersweet to a fudge nougat consistency, it was barely there and the raspberry mousse was buttercream with raspberry flavouring, not even pink in colour, I couldn’t see any fresh raspberries. It brought no tartness or vibrancy to the cake. There was no balance or flavours playing in my mouth whatsoever, it was like eating lard. I couldn’t eat it, a shame really after paying $300Au. On a positive note the gluten free dacquoise sponge and the external look of my cake was ok. I wish I could’ve imported my cake from Australia, we have much better...
