I’m only giving two stars since I did find a pair of pants I liked but as far as customer service it’s lacking. I don’t know what impression they had of me going in but I am smartly dressed and have a pleasant demeanor. Nobody greeted me, I was ignored on the floor but was followed around like I was going to steal something. I have plenty and have no need to do that. I felt too uncomfortable to continue shopping so I only got my pants although I planned to buy more clothes. I did make a comment mentioning this store is rather dead to drive the point home that they need to provide customer service or at the very least be polite and not carry themselves with disdain and upturned noses. Only one older lady came up to me and made an attempt at asking if I needed anything but the other two were just talking and would greet only certain customers. Honestly, it’s tiring encountering people like this. If you work retail there really is no reason for your upturned nose if you think about it. I travel back frequently to the area but will not be returning to purchase anything here. It’s always people working on commission behaving this way and it makes no sense. Read moreToday I went into the Riverside location to return some online purchases, and received very poor service from an associate named Shannon! I believe she is the manager at this location. I mentioned that we should return my stuff separately since it refunds the money exactly the way you purchased the items. But she did it her way and that's when the problem started. She returned items that she put to the side as not returned and returned items incorrectly. When I tried to return the rest she couldn't find it so she said I couldn't return it because it wasn't on the receipt. Not sure how that's possible. By this time my patience was gone and I was very upset 😡. Shannon was not professional and by this time I had a few choice words for her. But the kicker was that she was combative and told me to order my future purchases online so in other words not to return to her store. Trust me I won't but this lady has nerve. Read moreI came into this store in the evening around 5 PM. First of all I walked in and not one associate greeted me. I was looking around for about 30 minutes and No one even acknowledged that I was there. I had about 4 items in hand and about 45 minutes into it someone asked me if I needed to try things on. I tried my items on and Nothing fit me properly even when they were petite items. They were too long for my torso and too baggy, but that's just a common problem for me. This review is solely based on the customer service or Lack of it. I noticed other people walking in and right away they were helped but No one helped the Hispanic lady ( me). It felt like the scene in Pretty Woman where Vivian walked into a fancy store and the ladies refused to help her cause she didnt look like them. I wonder if these ladies get paid commission?
