Let me start off by saying this location is amazing. The store manager Jasmine is literally one of the best. She was very helpful and courteous! I currently reside in Orange County and decided to come down to her new location (Riverside) since she has always provided excellent customer service to me! I would highly recommend this location because not like other managers that I've dealt with, Jasmine will make it possible for you to take any jewelry you laid your eyes on! I previously visited the OC location were she was and it's just not the same! I couldn't even take a small set of earrings because my balance was "too high." Which makes no sense since I'm a faithful customer to Don Roberto Jewelers.. Never have I been late on a payment or not done why I promised to pay such as a deposit!! Been to several different jewelry stores and they always make me feel pressured to get something and just always offer an overall uncomfortable experience. It was the TOTAL opposite here thanks to Sandra. She was so friendly and outgoing from the get. Was very informative about every piece I asked about.
