A food and safety HAZARD! I found sharp shards of something in my mom’s bowl and she could not eat the bowl at all. I called and told them what I found and the young guy there said they will not do anything about it. He said the only way to fix it is to make it back in time to return the bowl and have a new one made (mind you, I live 20 minutes away, and they were closing in 10 minutes). I explained this to him, along with the fact that my mom could not eat the food with sharp unknown objects in it, and would appreciate just a store credit for tomorrow. However, he said he didn’t care that my mom was hurt from trying to eat the bowl or that our money was wasted from the inedible food, and proceeded to hang up. Today we came in and from the moment we ordered this worker was rude. She has blonde highlights and is always loud. When my daughter asked for extra teriyaki sauce, she told my daughter in a rude way that she can not give us everything we want and told her she will charge us for sauce. In all of the past experiences that we’ve had here, they’ve never had an issue with us asking for more extra sauce in fact they even gave us extra. I stood there in line and I watched the Male cook grab a giant hand full of chicken with no gloves and throw it on the flat iron, what even made it more sickening was what he did next. From under the where I couldn't see he grabs a large used tin can with what seems to be water, only to watch him use dirty tongs to pull out the dirtiest rag out with nasty water and WAS USING IT ON THE MEAT HE JUST put on the flat iron! 🤢🤢🤢 Knowing if confronted the manager,her lack of English and my own health issues, I saved myself the BP issues and called health code enforcement.
