Night Manager Adrianna!!! was very rude was not trying to help us asked for her to please remake a Mexican pizza for us she told us she couldn’t remake it (even tho it was already paid for) told us she can just put the beans n everything on the side we asked nicely again we paid can you please remake it she didn’t want to do it told us we couldn’t get a refund either cause it was on EBT so she didn’t want to remake the food or even try to help the situation instead she felt so scared by me and my husband just talking to her didn’t cuss her out or anything she hid in the corner on the phone she didn’t want to come back out to talk to us then she finally came out from hiding and said she called the police on us not once did we do anything to her but yell because we was frustrated with how she acted was so unprofessional and you called urself the manager she wasn’t listening to us wasn’t tryin to help kept saying smart remarks trying to be funny like we didn’t know what we was talking about felt like Adrianna was racist towards us you called the police on us for asking you to remake our food we already paid for!!! Adrianna is the worst most unprofessional manager she needs to be fired she’s unprofessional and could’ve even giver her full name but of course she records us how funny don’t come here these workers are lazy!!! This place is a joke well the manager. I don't want to say everyone is because the rest were very nice but You would think the manager would be more professional he took my order and when I asked him certain things about the menu it seemed like he had a problem me asking him anything then he got my order wrong if I order the same tacos how is it that one of the two were different. I order a crunchy gordita taco but one of my tacos didn't have the crunchy shell inside how is it possible for you to mess up this order I honestly think he got mad because I asked him a few questions about the menu. Staff was super friendly this visit and wasn't affraid to give me my values worth as my customised order was stuffed and they didn't hold back on the additional toppings I purchased for my Seasoned Beef Nachos Bell Grande Box. The meal was fast and fresh and the cook handing me my order went above and beyond yo ensure I got everything I needed to make this visit complete (sauces, soda, extras, etc.). The meal was filling for the price and I shared my leftovers with a transient onsite who was asking for change giving the impression this location is accepting, understanding, and all welcoming as they were also allowed to visit and enjoy a meal despite other local restaurants shooing them away by their looks.
