
I was scrolling through instagram and came upon an ad for Stronglife. I filled out the questionnaire even though I wasnāt sure I was ready to make a change. Jill kept reaching out and I decided to join. I wasnāt sure if I would even have the motivation to go. I had been in a pretty bad depression but I just kept showing up. I have had the opportunity to train with a few of the trainers and everyone is amazing. Iāve trained with Austen regularly. Heās always been amazing and is helping me to get stronger and teaching me the proper ways to lift. Andrew and Shayla are the other 2 I have worked with and they are both amazing as well. Sydney keeps me accountable and motivated with my eating habits. She has great ideas and suggestions. Plus the people who are clients here are in your corner as well. I was stuck in traffic for over 45 minutes, anxious and not wanting to do this. Jill was cool and amazing in not pushing me and getting me my assessment. I loved the way I was treated and decided to give it a 6 months try. Couple of weeks of training with top trainers like Austen and Dawson put me at ease and I started living it.
