This location/company is fun! Their staff need to be more trained on what they have in store, I had asked If they had deer antlers, and was told, “no.” But found them in the back! However, even though they don’t have public restrooms... my toddler had to go sooo bad, almost didn’t make it... one employee, ran us to their employee restroom, and I was so grateful. Very disappointed, I placed an item on hold yesterday morning and they said they would keep it on hold till today at close and my item wasn't on hold today when I went to pick it up. They were completely sold out of the costume, hopefully I can find it at another store but I can't even call ahead to make sure they have it at other locations. I bought a hat on Halloween Day, and went back to return it 2 hours later. They wouldn't take it, and they wouldn't give me an in-store credit. They offered an exchange only. I told them I didn't need anything else. I went back the next day, deciding to try to find something to exchange it for, and when I got to the counter, I was told that the 31st is their last day for exchanges.
