The manager Richard should be fired. The way he handled my situation was very ugly on his end. I use the machine to print off 10 color photos which was 8.00 so I cancelled. Check my card two hours later and y’all have pulled over 70 Off my card. I canceled the transaction and I never bought anything. Called the store to handle what happened and The manager, Richard would not shut his mouth long enough to hear what my concern was. He spoke over me several times. Not good customer service at all. I had to call HR cause he refused to give me corporate number and I ended up on the phone with the Staples president side and they took my complaint. Never will I ever step foot in another stapes again. I been doing my business through them for to long for the bs and to think I was gone build business credit with yall. It’s a no for me. Oh and next time Richard how bout you find a job that pays you what you looking for instead of telling me staples don’t pay you enough. Remember Richard you chose to work there, so not the customer’s problem. Read moreRecently stepped into this store (albeit near closing time) to purchase some card stock so I could distribute pictures in envelopes at my mother's memorial service the next day. It would have taken the copy desk clerk five minutes to cut twenty pieces with her large paper cutter, but she said it was too close to closing. When I told her it was for mother's memorial service, she replied she didn't care it was too late. Needless to say I was shocked. I'm calling Staples national customer service line and will report this store and this employee, and tomorrow morning I'll seek out a different store and hoped to be treated more courteously and compassionately. Read moreDONT RETURN AMAZON HERE. I returned an Amazon order here it was scanned in then magically never showed up as returned on my Amazon account or on Amazon's end at all. Thank goodness that I kept the receipt that was given to me at the staples store because that is your only saving grace in a matter such as this. If you've not kept the receipt then your 200 dollar item is gone with no recourse. I will absolutely NEVER return another Amazon item thru staples I would also advise no one else to either.
