Panda Express — Restaurant in Roanoke

My first time experience with Panda Express was on Electric road, I had food delivered to my home. The food was delicious and that made me want to order again. This time I went to the Valley View Panda Express drive-through very disappointing 😞. The food did not taste good at all. I did have to wait a little for my order. Finally got my order and I'm glad I didn't leave because they forgot my egg rolls. So I had to wait another seven minutes for that. Then when I got home, I realized I didn't get my cheese rangoons. My suggestion would be that they need to talk to the Panda Express on electric road to get some tips on how to flavor their food. Please call them as soon as you can. Tastes your food then taste theirs and I guarantee you that you will notice the difference. I will visit the Panda on Electric Road...

While realizing "Chinese Take Out" is "fast food," this place is trying too hard for the "fast food" moniker. This was my first experience with this store and I am a little disappointed.

In case the owner reads this, my order was at 2:02PM on 2/7/2025. It was ordered through the app and the name was Robert M. As with all of my critiques, I do not want or expect any compensation—I simply want you to do better next time.

First the order was incomplete. I ordered an Orange Chicken Bowl and there was no Orange Chicken in the bowl! Second, it really comes across like left-over Chinese food. The taste/texture is like it has been sitting and reheated.

I got a plate to go today ,July 26, supposed to be 2 sides and 2 entrees. The server put both entrees in the 2 small food compartments and the sides in the one large compartment. The serving spoon for the entree must have been no more than 3 oz . They get over on people who dont know that the smaller compartment in a to go box is for sides. What they served me today was a big serving of " cheat the customer" I will never go to that Panda or any one...
