Ordered Subs online and had to wait over 25 minutes for them checked on the guy and multiple times people in line were getting their orders made before my online order was being taken care of even though I ordered way before them in addition to that the guy kept telling me Oh it's just going to be 5 minutes and it ended up taking a total of 25 minutes just to get them started in addition to that none of the subs were cut in half three of the subs were done wrong we were charged for guacamole and we were charged for extra meat and didn't get the extra meat so at this point in time if you go in this place just expect lies from your customer service rep and expect poor quality food. We had a coupon for 3 subs, and they nailed it! James was very knowledgeable of the menu, and with 1 sub being different from the two, his memory was spot on. It seems as if he has been doing this a long time. I love how some ingredients were low, and Desmon was happy to help no problem. I appreciate the glove change between the restock.
