At first things went well but ended as a nightmare! I asked for a professional opinion on flooring as it was a different kind. Ends up the foundation was not leveled correctly as I was told it would be. No master or leveling tools. There are obvious pockets and ridges between the foundation and flooring. The door jams were not filled as the flooring ended up being less mm. This should have been advised prior to installation and not left unaddressed. The company should’ve advised of the differences being they are the “professionals”.

Currently, I am missing baseboards that I was told would be ordered and installed, it’s been weeks and no communication.

They failed to contain the debris to the work area causing extensive damage to AC ducting and handler because the vents were not covered and caused severe accumulation of dust and debris costing thousands to fix and harmful side effects to my daughter and I. The entire home had to be cleaned from top to bottom to get rid of the dust and debris. Some door jams and walls were damaged and cracked. None of the door stoppers were replaced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CONARTIST!! I originally hired him to do the floors in my primary bedroom. He hired a team and they completed my floors. I hired him again and he arrived with no team stating the my didn’t show up. I had my own materials so he said he could do the work. He used my tools and my flooring materials. He did not know how to cut or lay the flooring down which caused me to have to discard of the flooring he cut incorrectly. He left after hours of trying and I stated i would contact him at a later time. I reached out to him recently to come back and complete the work with his crew. I paid a $450 deposit and scheduled.
