What a wonderful experience our daughter had at Francesca's today shopping for a dress to wear to her first homecoming! She brought her best friend (more like a sister) who helped her decide which dress they liked the best. I think what made the experience so wonderful was the young woman who helped us--Olivia Daye. What a lovely and delightful person. Our experience began the day before when I called the store and talked to Olivia about dresses and the fact I have no sense of fashion, and was planning a trip to the store on the next day. She prepared for our visit by gathering some dresses that met my description of what I thought girls were wearing (but really was leaving it up to her). Our daughter and her friend had so much fun trying on the dresses, and Olivia was so helpful in really making it a lot of fun for the girls. We left the store with a darling pale pink lace dress, pretty stretchy head band and fun jean jacket. You have truly a wonderful employee in Olivia Daye. She is caring and kind, and we could tell it really mattered to her. As a mom of a teenage girl, that means the world to me! Thank you Olivia. I hope our paths cross again sometime. Agreeing with the other user about the managers attitude with returns. I went to return a top with the tags still attched, didn't have the receipt and she immediately said "nope can't do anything for you" without even attempting to help me. I asked if she could scan it to bring up the e-reciept since every store nowadays can do that.. It seemed to irritate her but she did, and unfortunately had to refund me. I've never felt so uncomfortable making a return before. From now on I'm only shopping at the partridge creek location, the girls there are incredibly helpful and friendly. Something this staff...

I was in the store the other day and really needed help picking out an outfit for my daughter. Amyre was so friendly and helpful I really appreciated it.
