I went to return an item. The cashier stated that I need to have the card I used so that I can receive a refund. She told me the last four numbers on the card I used, but I don’t have a card with those numbers. I told her several times that I don’t have a card that matches those numbers. Out of nowhere she says “I’m not going to argue back and forth with you”. I felt pretty bad that she thought I was arguing with her. I immediately started apologizing. I apologized several times.
