What a cool store! It seems all things Michigan and creative can be found there in this unique store with exceptional customer service that is truly refreshing. One person working tonight and many people in the store but everyone's questions or needs were addressed quickly, politely, and with genuine smiles and courtesy. Add to that the amazing variety of items that you'll want to give as gifts or purchase for yourself: jewelry, shirts, baby clothes, hats, cards, wine, candles ... all created by local artists. Prices are so reasonable and items different than you might find in some gift shops, especially when compared with some other pro Michigan stores. (âĄïžLove the exceptional Paint a Miracle Art Studio pieces.đ) Tons of items full of memories, or sweet humor, to take home from Michigan and Detroit. THIS is a "Don't Miss It" shop you need to experience. Love it, †it, đ„°. Such a fun store with so much to offer. Be sure to check out the Ms Pac-Man game in the back and the sound system...
Read moreI entered this shop and browsed for close to 15 mins and about to cash out. Some lady emerged from her back room or office and said I needed to wear a mask. I told her I cannot wear a mask I have POTS and explained what that meant briefly. She didnât care and started to become more aggravated with me. She said well itâs the law, I told her it is not the law, these are CDC guidelines. I said well let me cash out the merchandise and Iâll be out of your way. She refused to sell me my items unless it was outside on the sidewalk. I said no thank you. And left. A slightly older couple was in the store too and left with me, appalled by this ladyâs treatment towards invisible disabilities. I have an invisible disability which prevents me from wearing a mask. Truly saddened by this store.. especially when my stepdad has a section in there!!! I was soooo exciting to show my daughter Grandpas work!! But my money was discriminated against due to my invisible illness...
Read moreI took a craft class at Bizzy Buzz. I REALLY wanted to write a glowing review, but I canât. :-(
The issue is that the store does not have space to hold classes. The 10 people registered for the class were squeezed into the small coffee bar area. The small, folding stools were uncomfortable, there wasnât any place to hang my winter coat, and work space was minimal. I am not exaggerating when I say I had to go for a massage because of the cramp I got in my back due sitting so close together on an uncomfortable stool.
I had hoped this would be a local spot for craft classes, but I would never take another class with their...
