Gregory's Formal Wear — Local services in Rock Hill

Went in over a month before the wedding to order the tux. Fitting went well only took a few mins. Paid 35 dollars that day and thank god I saved the receipt. Saturday before wedding went to pay the remainder of the money for the tux and they haven't even ordered any of the tuxes. Guy there said he never got the deposit so they didn't order the tux. Oh and they didn't order any of the others either. He tried saying that they would have been calling everyone on Monday(5 days before the wedding) to let everyone know that they needed to come pay the deposit if they wanted their tux, and that it only takes 24 hours to get the tuxes in. But if that is the case I would like to know why he was busy telling everyone to get out there with more than 1 month before the wedding if they wanted their tux to come in correct. Then there is the fact that all 6 of us that paid the $35 deposit was being told we never paid the deposit???

We pick up the tux today and it better be correct...I will never go here again and I will make sure everyone knows not to go here....This is why small locally owned businesses don't survive....There are plenty out there that are good but then you get the ones like Gregory's that just leaves a bad taste...

I found Gregory’s via a google search for an upcoming Daddy Daughter Dance. I just didn’t want to wear a suit for such a special occasion. However, it was last minute so I anticipated that Men’s Warehouse wouldn’t be able meet my needs. I was pleasantly surprised because I had never heard of them but they are located in downtown Rock Hill.

The atmosphere is laid back and he makes the process of selecting and fitting a tux comfortable and effortless. He is the nicest guy and treats every customer like they are his only customer that day. I highly recommend Gregory's Formal Wear and intend on using them...
