Went shopping at Its Fashion Metro in Rock Hill on Cherry Rd. I had 3 items in my hand to buy. I asked the employer if I could use the restrooms, they were locked. She said” No” . So as I got to the register I asked her shyI couldn’t use the restrooms. , I and my friend were the only customers in the store. She said because I am by myself. And I would have to accompany you to the restroom. I said why? I never had any one accompany me to the restroom before. Just give me the key. I can use it by myself. It happens at gas stations all time. I bought 2 items but I think I will take them back. I don’t agree with the bathroom rules stores live by now. If you have a store open. And you have customers. This location should definitely be bigger than what it is given all that they carry. I often bounce between this spot & the one on central because they may have what another store doesn’t. The staff is usually friendly, and the store is always clean. I honestly feel like the only bad thing about it is the space they were given in comparison to the other location. Either way it’s a good place to shop for affordable & quality clothes. I’ve never purchased anything from here that I regret buying...

Still feeling embarrassed and humiliated after Associate ask to search my purse. Then told me that I had to leave it at the front. She’d have to check it again before I leave. This was a new policy. (No sign anywhere). At this point I became angry and embarrassed. So I put the items back that I was going to purchase. I AM NOT A THEFT BUT WAS TREATED LIKE ONE.
