We were greeted by Lisa, and at first the customer service seemed great. She answered all of our questions, but the reason for my 2-star review is the dishonesty.

We were interested in a 3-piece set, but the sofa was out of stock. We chose the loveseat and recliner instead. I made it clear that I did not want showroom furniture — only brand-new pieces. Before signing, I asked Lisa directly if the furniture I would receive was new, and she said yes.

When the delivery came, it turned out to be the showroom (used) furniture. I refused the delivery and went to the store to speak with the manager, Tammy. She was very professional, but at that point I decided to cancel the contract with her directly.

This was my first time April 8, 1957, which is my birthday coming into Campbell’s and Rock Hill South Carolina. I live in Rock Hill and I’m purchasing a new home and I wanted to check out some nice furniture that was supposedly well-made and I found that while I was there, I was very accommodated by staff and made sure that I was noticed by staff which I found very comfortable for me. They were willing to continue to ask if I needed help and I was just searching for various rooms of furniture and I did find what I was looking for I was very well taken care of, and I would recommend anyone to go there to purchase furniture. Google maps doesn't know where this store is, took us almost 2 blocks away, had to call the store for directions. We went browsing for living room furniture; they had only a small selection & the store felt dingy. Staff were very friendly & welcoming though. It was just the store vibe itself, felt really dingy. Not a wide variety of living room furniture options, all sets were very similar, no major difference between the sets, all the same style just different colors & materials. Took me about 10 minutes to walk the entire store & decide there wasn't anything...
