Great place to go if you’re looking to be totally ignored and treated like you’re inconveniencing everyone. We went here to purchase 1 suit and rent another for a wedding. When we walked in we were completely ignored and finally sought out help. The first person asked us to wait as they were training someone else and then left us standing at the counter for 20 minutes so we began looking at suits on our own. The staff doesn’t even acknowledge you at all while you’re there, I was in this store 3 times and every time someone had a negative attitude. Seems to be a leadership problem here. When I returned the rental suit the person at the counter had their AirPods in I politely stated that “I was there to return the suit and was glad I made it in time”. just trying to make conversation and they didn’t say word one to me. I asked them what to do with the suit and received zero response, so I asked if I should just stand there and hold it to which they replied “give me a minute”. Those were their first words spoken to me? There were no other customers in the store and this person wasn’t helping someone on the phone they just had seriously bad customer service skills, almost angry that I was there. Why should I have to work to improve the attitude of the person who’s supposed to be providing me with a service? I watched how all of them interact with everyone each time I was there and it is across the board with all but one employee there who was actually kind, everyone else there is rude and dismissive to every customer that they transact with so I don’t know why I was surprised by the attitude when I returned the rental. It didn’t matter the time of day or what day of the week, seriously every time I was there they were rude to me and to whoever else was in the store…it was crazy. As I said I believe it’s a leadership problem. We would’ve gone somewhere else but we were on a time crunch so unfortunately they got our money anyway. Spent over $1000 and received dime store service what a shame. Maybe Men’s Warehouse should change their slogan to “You’re going to like the way you look but hate the way you’re treated…I...
Read moreWe went here to get a suit for my brother for his Class Rep pageant for school, the man who measured my brother didn't speak not one word to us while measuring him, and was very rude in his mannerisms when dealing with my brother. We were told we couldn't pick up the suit until the day before the event (yesterday) due to it being a single suit rental. We went yesterday to get the suit, the jacket was tailored 2 sizes too small and the pants were hemmed 3" too high.. They told us there was nothing that could be done about the jacket, that it was too late to fix it... It is THEIR policy we had to wait until the day before to pick it up, and yet they couldn't even size it right, so the day before this event, the jacket doesn't fit and there is nothing they can do about it before the event... the pants, they were able to keep and fix the hem on and we had to go back to the location today and pick those up, upon arriving today, the associates 'couldn't find' the pants -- took them a while to find them... I normally do not leave bad reviews, however, this was a disappointing and ridiculously hectic experience... A suit that he can't even wear properly and all we were given was less than a fourth of the $300 we paid to rent this suit for a day. (picked up half on Thursday, pants on Friday, returning on saturday). I will say, the associate we dealt with during the fitting on Thursday was very apologetic and very pleasing to work with dealing with this issue, I did not get her name, but she was great and very understanding of our...
Read moreMy fiancé and I have had the worst experience here. I would never encourage someone to visit this establishment. We ordered a custom suit for our wedding and it has been nothing but a disaster. First, the measurements were incorrect and the jacket was too small along with it fitting improperly when buttoned. When we approached the issue, we received push back! We go back and decide to size up on the jacket. Because, we should “love the way you look,” right? We were told it would be in by a select date, a few weeks before the wedding. We go in, expecting it to be ready - as we were told and as stated in the ticket we received. An associate takes our ticket and brings out only pants and a vest, none of which were presented in any professional way. No garment bag, no plastic covering, nothing. Just a “hear you go.” We were not told of any delays either, knowing they had a ticket out for customers to receive items on a particular date and knowing there were shipping delays. No one thought to tell anyone. We were treated almost invisible, the associates talked about the issue amongst themselves- in front of us but not actually telling us directly. Meanwhile other associates were loudly discussing issues they were having with other customers and deciding what to do for lunch… in front of customers. This experience left a terrible taste in our mouths. We will never...
