Song's — Local services in Rock Hill

I bought my oldest daughter's prom dress from here 4 years ago, so when I started shopping for a prom dress for my youngest I immediately thought of Song's. Big mistake. When we went in, first the "employee" they had working assumed we were shopping for my size 6 older daughter. When she found out it was for my bigger younger daughter, everyone's attitude changed. She asked my daughter what size she wears and she said 16. The employee did not take into consideration that formal wear runs smaller and picked out only size 16. Of course they were small and I had to go find her larger ones. As soon as we had tried on enough to figure out what size she was going to need, the guy said "you can only try on 6 items a day." I said, "I thought she said only 6 at a time. He told me their policy is 6 a day and she could not try anymore on until the next day. Needless to say, I will be getting her prom dress elsewhere. My oldest had planned on getting bridal party dresses there for her wedding this year, but no more. We also heard him tell another mother not to let her daughter try on anything they couldn't afford to buy. How incredibly rude and judgmental these people are. Went here to shop for a prom dress for my sister and the first employee was really rude. He did not attempt to assist us but came over shouting all of their rules and regulations for formal wear meanwhile the other employee stood over the balcony staring at us as if we are going to steal anything out of this outdated store. Then as we were hanging a dress back up he kept yelling for us not to do it because they will hang it up themselves (we were only trying g to put it on the hanger) there are no customers in the store so be grateful that someone is still shopping here all the dresses look the same but in different colors and the selections are awful. Walked into the store ,was not greeted and they judged me as soon as i picked a dress that was too "small" for a big girl like me . The man that works there told my friend " dont pick up anything u cant afford" and he told me he thinks i need to go a bigger size up because im big at the top when he shouldn't even be looking at me the way he did ,maybe his wife should have said something but instead she laughed when he said i needed a 1x when when im only 16 . im a teenager btw ,never going to this store again ,horrible...
