I was minutes away from walking in to the walk in clinic to get my 6 month old MALE pup his shots. I only own 2 male dogs. The man that picked up the phone then asked me if my dog was pregnant with a attitude, to which i responded no. He then says well you just called from this number about your pregnant dog i said no my dog is male. He says again with a attitude well someone just called from this number about a pregnant dog i tell him no not possible he says yea they did its this number, mind you i have a very distinctive out of state number and theres no way anyone called but me about my pup cause i dont know anyone here so no one can use this cell phone lol i wont be going here this place is rude upon someone telling you its impossible and i have males you should have checked your records before you tried to accuse me of trying to get shots for a pregnant dog clearly you didnt like this other person that called cause you were...

My cousin and I came here to wash her 2 dogs. There was a misunderstanding with the dog washing station and we were at fault. We apologized profusely on our end and thought we resolved the issue. When my cousin was going to pay for the dog washing station she told the worker she was so sorry. He went over his walkie and said with an attitude “she’s sorry”. Once my cousin got to the front of the store to pay, the workers at the front were loudly saying there was an altercation at the dog washing station. Once she got to the counter to pay the girls said “A girl brought her dogs and didn’t pay” with an attitude. She told them they were her dogs and that she was sorry. This Tractor Supply Co. location (Rock Hill) allowed someone to purchase a generator using my wife's credit card number, but without physically seeing the card or asking for the security code or the expiration date. On the phone talking to the rep from Tractor Supply Co. we were told that the person made the purchase without actually having the card in their hand and they didn't even have to sign anything. They simply punched in the card number and walked out with an $850 generator. How can a reputable retail establishment operate like that? We've never bought anything from Tractor Supply Company and we were at home over 100 miles away from Rock Hill on the date of this purchase. Now we're stuck with fronting the $850 charge while waiting to get resolution from the credit card company....
