Good food. They need to clean the exit sign.
I went there at 6:05 PM this evening. I have been going to this restaurant for the eight years. I’ve lived in rock Hill. I’ve seen many cashiers come and go in that place. They’ve always been very friendly. But tonight this girl wanted to make somebody feel stupid because she said sweet-and-sour sauce instead of duck sauce. I went to pick up my Online order. I paid for my food, tipped the girl in cash and proceeded to leave. As I walked out the door, my bag started to fall apart, and I had to set my food on the ground right outside of the door. I was doing that I realized I forgot to ask for duck. So I go back in the door. I didn’t realize there was a line right there a lady and her daughter trying to get their food. The cashier looked at me directly so I said I need sweet-and-sour sauce. She starts ringing up and I’m confused and I ask her you have to pay for your food. She proceeds to get an attitude with me because I don’t know the difference between sweet-and-sour sauce and duck sauce. I make a mistake on the stuff and? There’s been times that I’ve ordered food from there and they give you sweet-and-sour sauce and they give you a freaking half a gallon of it! But I didn’t even want that stuff I wanted the duck sauce I just made a mistake and what word I was using. Instead of being compassionate, she’s gonna look at me like I’m stupid. I made a mistake, but you make mistakes too right ma’am!? You don’t have to make somebody feel stupid because they didn’t get something you right. You should’ve known because you’re the cashier that most people make that easy mistake. When the other twin girls that work there every time I ordered food, they would ask me if I wanted duck sauce or soy sauce. It reminds me because I’m used to people putting it in there! Now I’m trying to adjust and ask for it and she gets attitude with me! She is apparently too good to be a cashier!
My next thing is ties two bags together. One bag has a whole bunch of stuff in it with a paper bag inside of it with soup appetizers all kinds of stuff in the one bag. The other bag had one food carton in it has the hibachi shrimp and chicken and all that. This little bag to this big heavy bag so as I go out the door, the handle starts breaking and I have to put my food on the ground my bag. Not one time did I say anything about that even though my food was spilling in that side bag I never said anything rude and out-of-the-way on how I didn’t think that it was right!but that sure gurl makrs sure that you feel stupid when you ask for sweet-and-sour sauce instead of duck sauce! Instead of wasting your own time and start ringing it up, maybe you should double check and make sure that somebody isn’t asking for the wrong thing! Making someone feel stupid because they asked for the wrong thing is not good for customer service
I also tipped her in cash! Situations like this are going to make the people who do tip and make them stop...
Read moreIf I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. I'm very disappointed in management! The server lady is amazing I just want to add that I feel sorry for her before posting about my experience. I have eaten here a lot, but they will never get my business again. My family and I came in tonight and my children ordered the teriyaki chicken, and I ordered the hibachi chicken. ( which I have had a lot) the chef messed up and put teriyaki sauce on my hibachi. I know he made the mistake, because like I said I've had the dish multiple times. I told the server that the mistake was made and she took my plate. Then someone brought my plate back and said the manager said he can't remake your food, because the hibachi has mushrooms and sauce like teriyaki. Which it does not. He should have just fixed my order. I asked for a to go plate and didnt eat my food because it was nasty. When I got into the car I looked up ing Jing hibachi chicken and the picture showed it does not have teriyaki sauce. I came back because I wanted a refund. I was told no, and it didn't matter if I never came back. Horrible...
Read moreI knew something at Jing Jing had changed when food quality and consistency changed and I saw a “C” health rating sticker on the door (conveniently covered up by a piece of paper). They had great American Chinese food and then it got inconsistent. Sometimes that general tso’s tofu was amazing. Fried more crispy with that good sauce and some broccoli that had been thrown in at the end so it was still crunchy. And then it wasn’t good. And then it got delicious and consistent again. It was right before they expanded. The broccoli with garlic sauce was on point. The vegetable lo mein was full of vegetables. Then something changed. The broccoli with garlic sauce started coming with water chestnuts and bell pepper and was super oily. I started asking for only broccoli and it was never what I asked for. The vegetable lo mein had barely a piece of broccoli, a few pieces of onion, and a few pieces of spring onions. Totally dry and totally devoid of flavor. Very sad to say bye. I’ll be...
