Visited BWW tonight with my husband and am a little about the service that was given today. To start we walk in and one server came up to us and ask how many today I told her six and asked if we could be seated outside. She said no problem. I see her wiping the tables and getting everything ready and she comes back about 5 minutes later to tell me she is still getting it ready. Ok no problem we wait patiently and she returns again and says the outside is closed would you like to sit in the dining area or at a bar top I said a bar top is fine. We are seated and it takes our server 7 minutes to get to us SN: there is hardly anyone in here because of the pandemic so I would have guessed that no one was busy. She finally came and asked us for our drink request which was fine. The previous hostess or server gave us menus and we ordered our food after getting our drinks. By the way the waitress did not have very good serving manners. Our food was bought out maybe 25 minutes later again with hardly anyone in the restaurant (we had to wait on our 3 yr olds food and fries) I guess since it was 9:23 pm they were ready to go and the waitress came up to us and said are y’all ready for boxes and your check very very rude. I looked at her like really 👀 but I said yes that is fine. She laid them on the table and continued to sweep. I look at the check and it was for $93 and some change which is fine but then I saw discrepancies. I asked the server why was the prices different on the receipt than on the menu. Her explanation: because they were old menus smh so why did you give us old menus if prices were different and didn’t say that in the beginning. 2nd question: someone told us that the outside was closed but people were seated after we were seated at the bar top. Answer: oh I don’t know why she said that. Ok so can I speak with your manager: she comes out and I approach her and begin to tell her about the price discrepancies and she said that is why we have the QR scanners for the menu (why wasn’t I told that) and then she said we are not to give those menus out because they are old. Whatever🤷🏽♀️ then I ask about not being able to sit outside she said I could have sat outside they never close the outside. Now I am a little perturbed!!! Her last statement to me was I am so sorry. What are you sorry about the lies and poor service because all you said was I am so sorry and I said to her NO YOU ARE NOT.... I also told her that I will never come to that Buffalo Wild Wing ever again and no I didn’t give the server a tip because honestly she didn’t deserve one. And another thing the store is disgusting and it stinks. The bathrooms are nasty and the floors are disgusting maybe need to look into all wood floors or laminate floors so that the carpet doesn’t hold that nasty smell. Again you got my money this time BWW but never again. With all the negative reviews it looks like you might want to get new management because whomever is managing the store got you...
Read moreWent here with a party of 7 on a Wednesday night. They were not busy but obviously short staffed. Half the food we tried to order was not available, but again, you could tell they were short staffed. Not an issue to us, I know that is how things are now with Covid. My issue is that I had two gift cards, worth $50 each ($100 total). Our tab was over $100, so I gave the waitress the two gift cards and the remainder in cash. She came back to the table with one gift card and the cash and informed me that only one gift card went through and this gift card had no funds on it. I took the card and the cash and gave her a $100 bill to cover the balance of $70 that was left since only one card worked. I checked the balance on the card she gave me back and it indeed had no balance. I had actually checked this card before going into the restaurant and it had a $50 balance. The reason I know this is the one I checked is because the pin# had been scratched off and the number will still in my phone from checking it earlier. I asked if she had the other gift card and she told me she threw it away. I asked if she could get it and she did. This card did not have the pin# scratched off. I scratched it off and checked the balance. There was a $50 credit on it. The waitress then proceeds to tell me that maybe you can't use two cards on one transaction. Ok that is fine but not what you said. My issue is that either there was a mistake made and a $50 gift card was in the "trash" or the waitress was clearly trying to do something shady. I contacted BWW through their website and explained all this so that the "mistake" was not made again or to let them know they need to watch their employee. I received a response telling me to contact the gift card department about my issue. The issue was not the gift cards. At the end of the day, I used one, paid the balance in cash and received the 2nd one back, so I was out nothing but the issue is that they have an employee either making a huge mistake or trying to cheat their customers. As a business, this is an issue I would want to know about to make sure it doesn't...
Read moreI love Buffalo Wild Wings. Let's get that out of the way. This particular establishment is -- unfortunately -- a below average BW3.
The service is spotty at best. Even on relatively slow times, you can be hard pressed to find your server. What is really strange is that you must be sat in the bar area. I have never been to a BW3 that is not open seating in the bar area. This means that if you want a small high top in the bar area, you need to wait for a hostess. Then you need to play the, "nah, I don't really like this table because I can't see the [insert sports team here] game" game. You can of course seat yourself at the actual bar -- but if you find there are no seats, you need to walk your happy ass back to the front of the restaurant to be sat. sigh.
More importantly, I'm 95% sure that my credit card information was stolen from here (I had JUST gotten a new card and this was the only place I had used it). I recommend bringing cash.
The food is good, but I find it lacking the consistency I expect in a nationally recognized brand. I find wings are often under sauced or over cooked. So do yourself a favor and order an extra side of your favorite sauce. Other food options have generally been good and consistent, making the occasional lack of wing quality so odd.
The beer selection is great, but do not expect your server to be able to make recommendations. Hell, at times you'll be hard pressed to know what beers they have without walking to the taps. Expect to pay around $5 for a tall (22 oz) domestic. Miller Lite typically the beer of the month.
But the beers always cold and the sports...
