This is the Greatest Store in the State of Illinois and the Customers That shops there are very sincere,encouraging and I learned so much about the importance of wearing a suit,having confidence in myself and i took some impressive advice from a expert name Shawn that makes me feel comfortable and he made sure exactly that I got the perfect size,fit and style to wear a suit,dress shoes. I had shopped at multiple places in Rockford for a suit of my taste, and most places couldn't get me the suit I wanted for 4 weeks. However, Symbols was recommended by one employee from a suit store, so I decided to give them a try and wow am I glad I did! Not only were they able to find the suit I wanted, but I got it 4 days later!! Convenient and fast and I was also on crutches at the time and the owner held the door open for me and other places didn't even offer. We went in and bought my fiance a suit for our wedding. They did the alterations in the store. We went in to get it after the alterations and the pants were falling off of him. The legs were to short and they refused to do anything about it. We had to go somewhere else and buy a suit. We are out the money for the suit and he really got snappy with me. We even went somewhere to a professional seamstress and they messed it up so bad that it would have cost more to fix it than to buy a new one.
