Happy Wok — Restaurant in Rockford Township

Ordered A FAMILY SIZE Shrimp Fried Rice and a FAMILY SIZE Orange Chicken and 4 Beef Egg Rolls and had a coupon for a free family size Chicken Fried Rice over the phone for pick-up she said okay that will be 21.83. I got to the restaurant paid the 21.83 got to the car and seen there wasn't any soy sauce in the bag. I asked my little sister to go inside and ask for some more. She gave her TWO, so I went in and asked for more since I got FAMILY SIZE meals.. After going back and forth the lady finally gave me about 10 more. We got all the way home I realized all the containers were their SMALLEST SIZES yet she charged me for FAMILY SIZES, I was going to just look over it but I ate ONE egg roll and tasted the rice. The rice wasn't done and had no taste to it whatsoever, the "beef egg roll" had god knows what in it but it DEF wasn't beef! Called the lady back and she basically argued with me for 10 minutes then finally said I could bring the food back in. Brought it back, and she looked in each box seen there was one eggroll missing and instead of giving my whole 21.83 back for her being rude and getting my order wrong she gave me 18.00 and said she HAD to charge me for eating the egg roll!?!?!? ummmm. the egg rolls are ONE DOLLAR AND NINETEEN CENTS NOT THREE DOLLARS!!!!

NEVER GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION...

My husband picked me up on my lunch break to go get lunch, my job is 4min away from the restaurant!!! We go inside, the lady takes our order and we pay. We sit and wait!!! Three people comes in behind us and put there orders in! I look at the time and say too my husband, I'm gonna be late going back to work. The lady comes out and ask us, 25min after we order and been sitting, what did we order!!! My husband said, mama. My wife have to go back to work. The lady writes down what we ordered, then goes back into the kitchen and started helping the man. Then comes back out and says, O chicken will take a while. You can have your money back. She never put our order in, and I went back to work hungry!!! I will never take my time nor business back to this location!!! No excuses at all, we was the only people in the store at first. With the first order, how she did not put our order in, but managed to put everyone else's order in that came 5mins after we sat down to wait for...

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. This place is absolutely disgusting and should not share the name Happy Wok. We asked for our fried rice combo and our shrimp lo mein to be extra spicy and there wasn't a single flake of spice in either. They also only sent us one cup of hot sauce to be shared between 6 people. The rice looked and tasted like it came out of a box. The lo mein noodles were pasty and stuck together like they used yesterdays leftovers. We ordered extra shrimp, which were smaller than a nickel, and there was barely any shrimp. I could only imagine had we not ordered extra shrimp. I don’t know what the chicken was made out of but it was not chicken. It had a completely different taste and texture, absolutely disgusting. If you want good Happy Wok go to the one on 11th St or the one on E. State. DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be disgusted and grossed out when you...
