I gave the store three stars due to an experience I had yesterday I came into the store yesterday as I would on any other day I went into Starbucks I grabbed a cup i collect them and my son a slushy I had forgotten money at the register when I got cash back and I even forgot my phone and I also forgot to pay for the cup as I continue to walk around the store and shop I heard a security officer yelling ma’am and I look over and it’s a security woman bringing me my money I was very thankful for that I continue to shop and as I shopped I found a lost child in the store and associate quickly grabbed him up he got him to customer service somewhere I’m assuming And as soon as I get to the register to check out that same security guard that come out of the back room that they have there and immediately came up to my register and started talking to me and questioning me about my Starbucks cup due to the fact I had not paid for it yet which I intended to on my way out when I went to Starbucks and then she proceeded to stand there and watch me at Starbucks to make sure I paid for my cup this was the most unusual experience I’ve had when I security guard is more concerned with a $19 cup than a lost child I feel like she was watching me through the store over a cup which I gladly paid for and had intended on paying for as I left the store I forgot my money and wallet at the kiosk as soon as I got there I had been a long day honestly I completely forgot about the cup my phone and cash as I left Starbucks to shop I was going back into Starbucks to get my drink and my son’s cake pop if this woman ever follows me again in the store there’s going to be a problem next time whatever the hell that thing is hanging off her lip I’ll s**p...
Read moreDon't shop here if you want to pick up an item you've ordered online it will take you awhile to get it they use the register for both for checking out people and for pickups even though the sign above it says pickups and the other register says returns and sales or whatever they use them both for the same thing and there's never a person available in customer service at all times when I went to go pick something up it took them a half hour to go get it from the other end of the store and I had two items the person before me they had two items and they waited for 15 minutes before I did so I didn't get my items for about 30 minutes before I got to leave and then with the Stanley cups that are on sale right now the employees are hiding them they're calling other stores to hide them they're calling their friends to get them they're just out there doing whatever they want to do thinking of people don't care us customers have no feelings whatsoever about items even though there's rules that they can't buy things on the clock they do they sneak them behind customer service I've seen employees take things that are on clearance and call their friends when a customer asks for the item that's on clearance well they're on the clock they still go and hide them and say there's none available when there is I am very very unhappy with the services that you provided at this moment so pick up is no good I wish they had outdoor lockers like some of them do so you can just go pick it up and you don't have to interact with anyone cuz sometimes people aren't even there to interact with it's very frustrating shop at...
Read moreI love target, but this time I'm very dissapointed. I bought an iphone Friday night and they took forever to activate it to my cell phone carrier. According to the manager it was because they have bad internet reception. So he told me to set up my phone at home using WiFi reception. When i got home i tried to set it up but when I transfered my data the phone locked. I called target (electronics) the next day and the manager told me to bring the phone. When i brought it in, the lady at the desk had no idea how to help me nor she called anyone else to help me. They didn't have a technician or someone that could guide me through solving this issue. I had to talk to apple, because she didn't want to do it, I had to bring into the store my own laptop to try to reset the phone myself. She tried to be nice but she had no idea how to fix the problem. I tried to return or exchange the phone, since it was not my fault that it got locked and she said I couldn't do that because i had to unlock it myself. They should have people that really know how to help customers with situations like this one. After almost 3 hours I tried to talk to the store manager but he wasn't there.
