Five stars for service! Our contact was very friendly, generous, and welcoming. She let us try many different flavors and styles. I did not enter the store expecting to buy anything, but she did such a great job explaining the products and helping us explore their options, we left the store with two bottles: 18 year trad balsamic vinegar and Tuscan EVOO. Their are pricey, but that's what you have to pay for quality oil products....

This place is great. Wonderful service and passionate assistance. We love the variety of vinegars and oils. Our favorite is the Tuscan olive oil and the honeybell orange vinegar. Tried the mango today and it might be a new favorite. Vinegars great on salads, marinades and even to drink. The oils work well in pastas and drizzled on pizza.
