They have been enjoying serving the community in business for the past 37 years and it has been passed down keeping the company in the family. They offer both soft and hard shell live Maine lobsters, also a wonderful variety of delicious sea fair from shrimp to Salmon, Cod to Halibut, Tuna to squid etcetera. You can also order you lobsters and have them perfectly steamed before you pick them up. The staff is always attentive and extremely helpful getting you exactly what you want to order. They offer plenty of amenities like spices and rubs to flavor your seafood your own way. The also have wine and libations to quench your palate or just pair with your favorite seafood dish. Purchased a couple pounds of salmon and received a chunk of untrimmed loin with scales, belly fat untrimmed, and it still had bones in it. The top of the flesh was jagged and torn because the bones that were taken out, were done so improperly. There was a good 45 minutes of processing left to be done on the fish I received. After I finished processing the fish there was over 4oz of trimming scraps. A little bit pricey but when you are told fresh caught yesterday, it's caught yesterday. Some of the most delicious fish I have ever eaten. And paying for quality is what you pay for and you get it. They even took off a small discount since I was buying in quantity. You can't get fish this fresh from a box store that gets it from a fish processing ship, 3 weeks are there best time. Not 24 hours like what was offered to me. The Sword Fish melted in my mouth and it wasn't my top quality cooking abilities, it definitely was the best quality...
