Rent-A-Center — Local services in Rockland

Was a great experience with great helpful employee's. As had a bad experience with the Auburn maine rent a center location. We went to this one and they had even showed us that the Auburn location was able to do what we needed to have done that Auburn said they were not able to do. Very grateful for the help from the employee's that showed us that the other location was able to end the club membership that was taking money for insurance on a TV that we had returned as well as the employee printed what it was supposed to be for our bill that was $1,300 when all payments were paid that showed us that the over $2,300 Auburn was charging us by the end was one thousand Dollars more than the agreement was for in the end!! BIGGEST THANK YOU TO THIS LOCATIONS EMPLOYEE'S FOR THE INFORMATION THAT SHOWED US HOW SHADY THE AUBURN LOCATION IS AS WELL AS THAT AUBURN LOCATION WAS RIPPING US OFF!! ROCKLAND MAINE LOCATION IS THE ONE WE WILL BE TAKING OUR BUSINESS TO FOR HERE ON OUT!!! Will be having a full video on this all posted on my YouTube channel...

Great customer support, helped me threw financial support always. No bad comments. Thank you all. The customer service at this store location helps you find exactly what your looking for. I went into the store to buy a T.V. and the sales people directed me to the best product in my price range. Great customer service. Rent-A-Center is a very good company to rent from. It isn't just another renting company, like Aarons or Colortime is. They understand financial and give you numerous chances to help you succeed in paying off your bill with low interest. I went threw a Financial deficit where my funds were limited. They helped me out by making a deal with me. Paying the two of the three payments I was late on and the store would clear the other one to set me back on time. I appreciate everything this store does greatly. Overall this is a very successful, understanding business. All the CSR's that work for Rent-A-Center are very great. Very well recommend them to anybody that's got interest in...

It is a pretty small location. They call you incessantly once you get an item, it is kind of harassing for someone who pays their bill...
