There was not a edit button for the pzone to remove tomatoes so immediately after placing my order I called the store 3 times with no answer. I called and asked to speak to the manager who I then had to call back after being hung up on in the middle of an explanation for why she couldnt revise my order. I then called back and was automatically hung up on again (nobody said anything that time just click) When I called back for now the sixth time total I wanted to confirm that this was the manager telling me they could not fix my order and that I would need to cancel my order because I will not be buying food not made the way I wanted it. (By now it had been about 8 minutes since my order and being hung up on repeatedly.) I let her know that it told me when I called that "these calls are saved maam" where she proudly agreed she would not being accommodating my order and that throwing away my $50.00 order is your practice at pizza hut rather than getting 2/3 of my pzones with no tomato. She was absolutely the rudest person I've ever spoke to at any restaurant in my entire life and I cannot believe this person represents how customers are to be treated. I was very sicked when I got off the phone to know this person felt better knowing my entire $50 order was better off in the the trash than 2 ($12 total)pzones made...

Incompetent employees, horrible customer service and messed up my order on 2/19/23 when I ordered 2 orders of apple pies that I never received. Had to call that night and was told that I would have to call back tomorrow because no one could take care of refunding my money. Call the next day and was told I would have a credit at the store to use. So today 2/23/23 I call to use my credit. I ordered my order and only got a $6 credit....last time I checked 2 orders of apple pies is more than that. I ordered Alfredo and was given chicken Alfredo and no silverware. They knew I was staying at a hotel....you think the logical thing to do would be to include silverware....but NO. I called them back to give them a chance to correct their error...and I was hung up on...so i had to call back and spend more time on hold listening to their god awful advertisement about pizza hut that is on a continuous loop ... this time I did get Alfredo like I originally ordered...however there was no cover on the pasta like their is suppose to be. Needless to say I didn't eat that and it went directly into the trash. Zero Stars! Apparently zero isn't an option? So unfortunately they get 1 star.....I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE ORDER FROM ANOTHER PIZZA ESTABLISHMENT...
Read moreCalling the buffet a let down would be an understatement. From the first trip up to the buffet I was already disappointed. Every pizza except for the cheese pizza had a ton of vegetables on it, alas there was only one slice of cheese pizza left, the breadsticks were hard as well, and only 2 of them were left. Not only that but my wife also prefers her pizza without vegetables. So we waited for a fresh cheese pizza and fresh breadsticks... and waited... and waited... and about 40 minutes later, half a cheese pizza made it's way out, and about 10 breadsticks (which are really just half a breadstick from the ones youd order). Then to top it off I found a hair in the cheese pizza. Like cmon, ever hear of hairnets, most restaurants require their personnel to wear them for hygiene reasons such as that.
Bottom line, their pizza buffet is lacking and needs serious fixes, and the icing on the cake? $26.00, for that same amount we could have gotten 5 medium cheese pizzas to bring home and saved the left overs. So save yourself the trouble, if you really want their pizza just order it online for takeout because the dine in experience isn't...
