So I just went through the drive-thru and a guy who was talking over the speaker was actually very nice and to the point. He sounded funny so that's always a bonus and it's not very monotone. Now what made me a little mad is the fact that when I got up to the window the kid at the window seemed annoyed that I was even there. He kind of look like he was rolling his eyes and you know he waited and it looked like he was about to tap his little feet because I was trying to put my card back into my wallet before he handed me the drink and it's kind of like he did a huff sound. That customer service is really horrible and I don't even know if it was the same guy that was on the Mike versus the one that was in the window. But the one that was in the window needs to have a real attitude check. The only reason why I went to this place is because I was at another business right across the street but I could tell you this as I won't go back to this one I'll stick to the ones that are around me. Read moreDrive thru cashier was obviously not trained well and when I ask a specific question about an item I was told no it doesn't come with it so I ordered the item got up to the window paid for my stuff and then when I asked for a large bag she apparently shook her head no they didn't have them but I didn't see her because obviously I was trying to put all my food in the passenger's door so she closed the door then open it again I asked her for a bag and she was like I told you I didn't have one very rude. Once I got back to my employment and gave my coworker her food only to find out that the specific item we asked if it was on it was told no wasn't fact on there and she could not eat them so we called the store had to call about five times before someone answered and then the manager was very abrupt and rude did tell us to bring the item back and he would replace it but he gave us attitude when we brought the item back to show him that it was incorrect. They need to train their employees a lot better because luckily I was closed if I would have been way far away I would have been...
