We ordered an oven and after installed it didn’t work properly! Finally they found a replacement which was promised to deliver on a certain day and they didn’t show up! Next, after finally delivering it was too large and they left it for us to deal with! Then… they said they don’t deliver to DC anymore! After speaking to the manager Jose he promised to redeliver the first one that’s repaired and we were worried about them promising to deliver and not showing up but he said this time they would! Guess what??? They never showed up and ignored calls and texts! First they have a great selection of new and used appliances. They can help people with any sort of budget. The "dinged" appliances were very minimally damaged, but you would not think so due to the reduced prices. Julio was friendly, informative and even offered a cash discount which was great! We walked away spending less than 3,000 for what would have costed more than 10,000 at Best Buy or Home Depot. I am buying all my future appliances nit from this chain, but from this exact store. This place is amazing if you’re looking for good quality appliances with just minor ding and dents. They have everything from used to new with minor scratches. The customer service was excellent from the minute we walked into the door. Julio was amazing he flipped the door on a dryer for me for free and helped load up and package the appliance with care. He was super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to my satisfaction. If you Support local businesses this should be on your list to visit.
