Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Rockville

I ordered zucchini noodles for my entire order (two dishes) and I got regular noodles. I called and explained that we had already picked up our order and drove 20min home to realize we got the wrong noodles. I also explained that I’m pregnant and diabetic so i couldn’t eat it. The lady in the phone said she would issue me a refund and hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking if I would get a confirmation. Two days later I called back and asked for the status of refund and explained the story again. She just kept saying “mmh hmm” with an attitude, I then asked if I could get a gift card instead. She took down my info and mailing address, it’s been about a month and I still haven’t received anything.

I am impressed by how seriously they are taking COVID. All staff members, cashiers and people cooking and preparing food, were wearing a mask over their nose and mouth and they “closed” every other table to allow for social distancing inside. Outside they have three tables, but no heater as of right now.

Honestly, it's a quick noodle place. I don't expect anything fancy. But I do expect, at the very least, for my order to be correct. Ordered no mushrooms, no spinach--my order came with both. I certainly didn't order bacon, and yet... my order came with bacon. I even checked the menu again to make sure I hadn't ordered something that comes with bacon -- I didn't.
