January 2019 I went to your store I think it's impressive I did not buy I did have to use the restroom the restroom could use a small touch up of cleaning but was nice probably one of the nicest ones I've ever been in since the Tyler Texas Target store the store was also awesome as well it had a lot of fitness and martial arts equipment and gear I would love to see a lot more of that type of equipment and gear especially like martial arts uniforms for children and adults both genders it would be nice to have another place besides Academy that has that type of equipment and outfits especially if that stuff came from century I just really enjoyed myself thoroughly and I loved the neatness and cleanliness and organization of the store I didn't feel like I was in a serious competitor store at all at times that is all from mr....

Janice was a great cashier and extremely helpful and polite and understanding! She was super nice and felt like the sweet aunt you’ve always needed. Meanwhile, as Janice was trying to check me out, her boss, Robin I believe is her name, was being extremely rude to her employees about needing help and rushing them to get off the registers while they were in the middle of transactions. (BTW this was at 8:10pm and they don’t close until 9:30pm on Fridays..) Regardless of all of that, Janice needs a raise and Robin should learn to be nicer to her employees/peers. Especially over radios while customers can hear it.

While shopping at the Rockwall location, a rack broke free, hit my hand, sliced and punctured my finger. I was bleeding pretty badly. A young clerk at the store came to my aid and assisted with getting my finger bandaged. Right after that, two ladies who looked to be in management came over and were picking up the bar pieces and clothes. Neither one ever even acknowledged my presence, the cut/puncture of my finger. I stood there for several minutes, being ignored. I finally just stated, “I’m fine, just in case you were wondering.” Still no acknowledgement. So I left. I will never shop at this location again.
