Due to the outstanding customer service provided by the owner of this establishment, I feel compelled to edit my review. A friend and I recently had an unpleasant experience here, and Mr. Lee Moore responded immediately to my review and invited me to either call or email him to discuss the specifics. I tried calling, but he had left for the day. I emailed, and he responded immediately. This guy went above and beyond to make things right. He seems genuinely concerned about making sure that the consumer experience is a good one, and given his dedication towards those ends, my friend (with whom I shared my communications with Mr. Moore) agreed that we need to go back. Our previous experience in the lounge was marred by one issue, and Mr. Moore proved to be very responsive in ensuring that what occurred never occurs again. This past weekend my family and I visited this store, as soon as we got there the younger Hispanic gentleman ran right after my family to watch them, when I got there I ask if I can go in the room where all the cigars are stored. The first comment came out of his mouth was “ they act like this is there house!” Referring to my family members btw other customers were walking in as well. The older gentleman was much more professional than the younger gentleman. He also made an indirect sarcastic comment to my brother. It was our first time and we didn’t have a relationship build where you can jokingly make comments that are rude. The prices good, pretty clean but customer service needs to be worked on because of the younger gentleman leaving a bad taste in my mouth I would definitely not go back.
